Case studies

The online teaching portal.

The Challenge.

During the first covid 19 lockdown The Classroom Boost (yet to be branded) wanted to offer schools, parents & pupils a platform where they could get access to extra educational facilities.

The brand look & feel was still an idea, as was the website where people could understand the product & register to the portal.

The approach required technical skills, which meant multi-channel collaboration across the Get the Cream freelancers.

Branding that works for web.

The GTC way.

The first thing we had to do was make a brand.

By undergoing research into competitors & other brands the client liked, we worked as a team to create the name, logo, colour scheme & brand assets.

By teaming our brand strategists & designers, we worked with the client to engineer a brand that reflected the platforms friendly personality, whilst still representing its interactive purpose.

GTC's creatives combined simple imagery with fluid animation to create a brand that worked for web.

Website & portal development

Connecting.

The platform was a new concept, many competitor brands were either American based or internal school systems.

The challenge was creating a website that communicated what the platform did & the many benefits its users would have when using it.

Get the Cream worked with UX/UI specialists & designers to plan how we could display the platform & portray the system in a simple way that suited the brand.

Making the site easy but interesting to navigate, encouraging the user to learn more about the platform & how it worked.
