About the Role

Project Manager/Account Manager


We are working with an amazing experiential activations, and staffing and events agency who are looking for an Account Manager to sit within their close-knit team.


The agency has grown year-on-year, with the breadth of clients and event types expanding at the same time. Events that they produce and manage take place all over London and the UK.


To give you a flavour, some of the projects the agency have worked on in the last year include:

  • Experiential builds and touring roadshows for alcohol, travel, and confectionary brands

  • High profile PR stunts for retail and television brands

  • Gala dinners with celebrity chefs / speakers

  • Conference production for tech, marketing, and government clients

  • Venue management

  • Event and promotional staffing projects


Is it for you?


The role would suit someone who has both experience in account management and production and must have a minimum of 3+ plus years working agency side at an events agency or in an events role. It is also important that you have the ambition to not only deliver amazing events with amazing client servicing, but also to help shape the future of a growing agency.


Responsibilities include:

Account & Client Management

  • Leading brainstorms for pitches and proposals and writing of high-quality presentation decks

  • Client liaison – management of client expectations and building a good rapport between agency and client, providing an exceptional client service

  • The taking of briefs from the client

  • Writing of creative and production briefs for internal teams and external suppliers

  • Conducting venue research (including site visits), and supplier research to support other elements of projects / proposals

Production

  • Overseeing project delivery in conjunction with internal Production Manager(s)

  • Working closely with our production partners from brief to the final build of events and experiential activations

  • Building relationships with other key suppliers including – AV, print, catering, content production

  • On site event management – covering rig, live and de-rig


Finance

  • Owning a budget, and providing regular updates to the team

  • Supplier negotiation

  • A keen eye at keeping on top of margins and cost controls
